[Xastir] UGH!!! Shapefiles?

The compilation and loading sequence of the ancillary libraries is 
everything, with the geospatial libs.  Recheck the sequence in the 
README.1st (I think) and make sure you've got everything there.  Then 
make sure, pre-'./configure' that you've removed config.cache.
