[Xastir] latest cvs update broke my menus

Well I updated cygwin and now Xastir is working properly.  The only package 
that I could see would relate to xastir acting differently after the update 
is the XFree86-xserv pkg
It went to 4.2.0-42.  Lesstif is still the same version as before.
