[Xastir] AX.25 and linux with xastir

Definitely a Linux box, right?  None of the other supported OS'es
have AX.25 built-in, so you must be on Linux to use that option.

No, you don't have to have AX.25 compiled in in order to use a TNC
off a serial port.  You can use any of the serial port TNC options,
including:

    Serial TNC
    Serial TNC w/GPS on a HSP cable
    Serial TNC w/GPS on AUX port
    Serial KISS TNC
