[Xastir] USB on Linux for TNC

Things are really interesting now...I am almost certain it is some
confilct. The TNC seems to be receiving fine and so does Xastir. Instead
of the reported data displaying in the Incoming window and not showing
on the map mine is opposite! I saw mention of that in the install docs
but the trouble report is opposite of what I am seeing.

Stations are showing on my map but NOT in the data window!! I am
thinking (I have RF to Internet turned on) that the data is coming
through and gate'ing to the Internet and Xastir is seeing the data that
is coming back on the Internet feed.

I am also surprised that there is not TNC2 startup file in the distro,
just AEA, KAM and PICO. I will need to make a file up next. BUT I still
have the lock up's when I am in the Interface property pages, seems to
be upon exit even if I DO NOT make changes. Again my PS2 Keyboard Mouse
Interface Puck is flashing when this happens. 

Is there a Easy way to shut off the Mouse and Keyboard USB support
without rebuilding the kernel ? I don't need it, it would be faster on
startup, less resources used and also possibly less of a chance of
conflicts that I am apparently receiving with the keyboard/mouse. 

As far as permissions I think the best plan right now is for me to leave
it be for now. Once I get everything working fine THEN I can go step by
step and reduce the un-necessary permissions. I don't want to create an
additional problem.
