[Xastir] Xastir + Cygwin

Well.. At least I know its normal.. :) 

So anyone else out there know how to fix it so that the com ports don't
'Hard Fail'?

Right.  That's how Cygwin works.  No matter what directory you're in,
"com1" is the equivalent device name for /dev/ttyS0.

There are no equivalents for permissions in the Cygwin world.
Everyone's root in Windows 98.

I've never seen this come up.  Sorry I don't have any useful
