[Xastir] Xastir 1.2 STABLE has been released

Same thing here Curt - configure.ac shows 1.1.5, from CVS update of just 
a few minutes ago.

Now, there is a something on the sourceforge CVS web brouser page saying 
something about it showing a 'backup' and that results may well be from 
about 24 hours ago.

Maybe related.
