[Xastir] OT: GPS World Magazine?

I received an email offer for a free subscription to GPS World Magazine.
I figured others on this list might be familiar with it. The web site
wants me to fill in a lot of info, and they indicate that it will be
passed on to others in related fields.

Does anyone have any experience with GPS World? Is it useful and/or
interesting to a hobbyist? Will they sell my information to everyone in
sight?
