[Xastir] Warning?

Most likely, Motif wasn't built to handle UTF-8 fonts.  RH 8 fonts
defaults to en_US.UTF-8.  Set LANG=en_US and those should go away... or
you could just ignore they are a harmless, albeit, annoying warning.
