[Xastir] Anyone using Weather Display with Xastir ?

I have never heard of anyone doing this yet but I have a PC on the
network running Weather Display serving up data to my web page. WD has a
Client/Server feature and I was wondering if I can set up a Interface to
gather this data and have it display properly?

The default information for the WD server (a Win2K box) is 231.31.31.31
with a port of 333. 

I have attempted to use the above information for the interface but it
tells me Error opening interface type hard fail. It's a bit late but I
don't know if they are just not compatable or if I have a firewall
issue.
