Hi Vic-
Wxsvr attempts to connect to 6 of the aprs-is (aprs internet servers)
full-time. If it looses connection it will retry every 10 minutes. The
aprs-is servers trade information so the data is generally on them no
matter if wxsvr is connected directly or not.
