[Xastir] radar maps

Unless Xastir crops it off, the gif files I'm seeing in /var/tmp have a 
lot of other stuff in them, like county outlines, major cities, and 
other textual elements that I should be seeing anyways. 

I tried srb, and it was also solid black, I can download and try others, 
but I'm pretty sure the problem lies in the ImageMagick.
