[Xastir] Can't find ImageMagick lib

Anyone else running 8.1 or 8.2 have this problem?  I'm all the way
back at SuSE 7.3, so I haven't seen this problem.

Can you try installing any of SuSE 8.1 or 7.3's RPM's for
ImageMagick and ImageMagick-devel to see if the problem goes away?
