[Xastir] Can't find ImageMagick lib

What user are you trying to run as?  If you keep getting the
messages, it tells me that Xastir can't write the settings to it's
~/.xastir/config/xastir.cnf file.

Perhaps you have a permissions problem in those directories/files?
Hard drive is full?
