It appears to have decoded that packet just fine.

This _could_ have been caused by a timed update to the weather
alerts, so it's possible that a weather alert that came along in the
minute before the above packet could have caused the problem.  It
could be caused by bad (truncated?) NOAA shapefile files in your
Counties directory.
