[Xastir] NWS Radar on Xastir Config..

That looks suspiciously like the start of an HTML file "<html>..."

Was this generated when trying to display a radar GEO map, or the online Tiger 
maps (or something else?). It could be one of a few things:

1. The URL is wrong in the GEO file
2. The server is busy and returns an error page in HTML
3. The format for grabbing the image has changed (same as 1?)
