Terraserver satellite images and topo maps are quite a bit faster
than the Tiger server.  Keep your window small and things are faster
yet.

Now do yet another "cvs update", read the _new_ instructions for
installing ImageMagick, which include installing liblcms first, then
install ImageMagick 5.5.7.

Let me know if I got the instructions correct.
