When you did a CVS update, you should have gotten the file
"tigermap.geo", which is a new file in CVS.  If present, that file
will get installed in your maps directory along with terraserver.geo
and toposerver.geo.

Since you don't have it, perhaps you didn't set up your .cvsrc file
to auto-snag new files/directories?
