[Xastir] "relay digipeat" option?

What I do here is run arpsd, it talks to my TNC. Then xastir, WinAPRS or 
whatever else I want - on the LAN or out on the net - can 'access' my 
TNC via the aprsd server.

aprsd then connects to one of the core servers for full APRS-IS feed.

If I need to hit the server direct, well, ssh to the server box from 
anywhere - shutdown aprsd and fire up minicom.
