[Xastir] NWS shapefile projection?

I expect they are in NAD27 or NAD83.  NAD83 is close enough to WGS84
as to be equivalent, unless you're a surveyor working to sub-meter
accuracies.

I'll assume you're not talking about the 3D wireframe globe image on
that page... hi hi
