[Xastir] USrad.geo and transparent background

I'm still having some server problems.  It should be back on-track 
today.  As soon as I can replace the server and get a faster disk, 
things should be working better.  Latest diagnostic suggests that the 
data disk is connecting at UDMA33 when it *should* be at UDMA 133...
