[Xastir] Don't upgrade to ImageMagick 5.5.8

Doesn't surprise me one iota.  :-(

We should work on getting GraphicsMagick support added in to our
configure scripts.  That way if we found GM we could skip the IM
stuff altogether.  GraphicsMagick project tries much harder to keep
the API stable.
