Latest cvs works great at taking snapshots of
online tigermaps.  (win32 cygwin)

One thing though:  when i took a snapshot of 
northern California, and another of central California,
and loaded them both, they didn't fit together 100%.
There was both a vertical and a horizontal error
where the two maps joined.

I can live with this for now; just wondering if i can
fix that by tweaking the .geo file, or if tweaking
(so they'll fit) will just create lat/long discrep-
ancies elsewhere on the map.
