Looks correct to me.  The server is dumping your connection due to
either its connection caps, or problems that they're having at
SourceForge.

Hopefully the problem will be solved during the next week.  They have
some newer computers that they're transferring everything to, and
they're expecting to be done with the transfer after next week.

All I can say for now is to keep trying.  You should eventually get
in.

Until then, you can download the Oct 10th snapshot and run it
instead.
