Never mind. If it works sometimes (when you first start Xastir),
but not others, it _could_ be a DNS timeout issue or it could be a
half-dead socket issue, but it's probably not routing. Routing
shouldn't be changing, so if it works once, it should work again.
If it's coming back with a hard fail, it's most likely trying to
make a socket connection to an IP address and getting an error while
doing so.
