[Xastir] Can't run under Cygwin now

Hi all,
I did a Cygwin update, and saw that lesstif had been updated. I deleted
my xastir build directory, re-fetched the latest cvs, built and
installed it, and it's working. Something to try - hopefully that's
fixed things again... This is under Win2K SP4
