[Xastir] Stuck on Shapelib (fwd)

A response I got.  There are three places where "-lc" is listed.
I've asked which part Tyler is referring to.  Might be all three.

Actually yes, I just installed in Cygwin earlier this morning and I hit
this 'bug'.

You can update the README.win32 with this info:

edit the Makefile and change the -lc to -lcygwin

That fixes the 'bug'.
