[Xastir] vplay

Byron, try /usr/local/xastir/sounds/

This is RH9, right?

The Xastir make/install put an (empty) sounds
directory there.  Or maybe it had a placeholder in it.
I'm not at home at the moment, will check tonight
to make sure it's /usr/local/xastir/sounds.

When i tried to configure 'play' (in Xastir) to find a
sound file in some OTHER directory, i.e. specify
the soundfile as /usr/local/xastir/foo/ring.wav,
Xastir would not play the sound.  It apparently had
to be in one specfic directory.
