[Xastir] USrad.geo and transparent background

Stephen,

Look in the USRAD.geo file and see if you can reach the link.  If yours
references:

ftp://page4.tamu.edu/pub/radar/01_USrad.png

then I think it is a problem on the server end.  Gerry said he had a
hardware problem on that machine a few days ago, and I suspect it isn't
fixed yet.
