[Xastir] USrad.geo and transparent background

Stephen,

That is a different one than I had.  I didn't get the PNG or the GIF to
work, but there is a functioning JPG at the same link (edit the last three
letters).  However, it is not transparent and I am not sure if JPG supports
transparency.  If you don't mind a white background . . .
