To Curt or whomever maintains the Windows instructions . . .

There is a small problem under the instructions for setting up the sound card interface.  In the instructions provided by Kirk KC2ELO there is a missing step.  The procedure he outlines there works fine EXCEPT that there is a valuable piece of information in that Readme.txt file he says to delete.  The user must have a folder named /DEV under the Cygwin folder in order for NASD to work.  NASD will not create it automatically, and NASD will not run without it.  The default set-up instructions for Xastir and Cygwin do not create this folder, so the user needs to manually create the folder from Windows.  Every
