We do forking to support other things, like the
main.c:GPS_operations* series of functions, which snag
waypoints/routes/tracks from GPS'es.

We could copy that method in order to implement the brute-force
/usr/bin/say method for now, then convert it to the API calls later.

Or, we could do it "right" the first time, but it might take longer
to get something running.
