[Xastir] Festival on speed...

First, I just want to say thank to everyne on the list for their help. Xastir is becoming more and more useful because of you guys!

Next:

Anyone experience the speech playing at about 10 times the speed that it should?
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Also for some reason I still can't display my xpm file.
The geofile I'm using looks like:

Any ideas?
Also what is the format for the coordinates it is exepecting in the TIEPOINT (-74 23.456)?
