Part of it might be that the list server is taking the virus attack
messages that say "this is a bounce" and treating them as real bounces...
I just got a message from the system trying to tell me that my mail server
was bouncing list messages, but I'd know if it were... I *run* the damn
thing, and EVERY bounced message generates an alert to me!

Worm writers need to be subject to a capture and release program...
Capture them, then release them ... from 15,000 meters up, with just a
streamer attached to their legs to "slow them down"!
