[Xastir] Multiple messages continue

I'm still receiving multiple messages of emails sent to this list (and only
this list).

I've tried unsubscribing and resubscribing.

This particular message I received three copies of.  Most I get two copies
of.

It appears that the server that connects to the arrl.net server is
connecting multiple times for each message.  Here are the headers for one
message:
