[Xastir] Anon CVS?

I've been trying to do an anon CVS update since Thursday afternoon (I had
updated successfully on Thursday morning), and each time I do (every day or 
so since) I get the following error:

cvs [update aborted]: unrecognized auth response from cvs.sf.net: M PserverBackend::PserverBackend() Connect (Connection refused)

Has anyone else had success lately?
