[Xastir] xastir on a laptop mobile?

Generally I would much prefer to leave the TNC and GPS hard wired into
the vehicle and have to hook up only power and a single interface cable
when dropping the computer in.  The 2nd serial port option of the KPC-3+
(v8.3) provides a nice clean way to do that.  

The fewer cables snaking around that have to be attached to the right
spots, the safer and more reliable the installation will be.
