[Xastir] OS X - ImageMagick install problems

Derrick,

Just tried what you suggest.  No dice.  The ImageMagick ./configure 
script says that the JPEG v1 delegate configuration failed tests.  Same 
thing for PNG.

Not sure what's going on...
