[Xastir] question on "injecting" data into xastir

If you're running AX.25 kernel networking ports, I think you might
be able to use the "beacon" command to send them out.

As far as sending to the 'net, you can connect to Xastir's server
port, 2023, and send it there after authenticating.  You'd have to
have igating turned on for that interface and globally for it to
make it to the 'net.
