[Xastir] ESRI shapefiles and dbfawk

On Wed, Dec 15, 2004 at 08:53:35AM -0700, we recorded a bogon-computron collision of the <russo at bogodyn.org> flavor, containing:

First revision: If you add the line

/^RTENAME1EN=None/ {next}

right before the line that scans for other RTENAME1EN matches, you won't
get all those streets named "None".
