[Xastir] Errors with Server Port under Cygwin

When I disconnect from Xastir's server, my Xastir spews messages like this:

str_echo2: Readline error: 104

I also end up with several instances of Xastir showing up in a "ps" list and
memory consumption grows.

Any one else see this behavior? I have not tried it on my Linux box, just
under Cygwin.
