[Xastir] Need ideas for messaging changes

I guess this applies for all packets?

I'd like to see a check box by each path to tell xastir that I want to 
use it in the round-robin path rotation.  I generally operate xastir 
mobile, so I put RELAY,WIDE,WIDE in the first box and left the other 
two blank.  Round-robin would explain why so few of my packets got out 
(that's what I get for making assumptions).

It's not intuitive that I would need to put the path I want in three 
different places to get the behavior I want.
