[Xastir] Cygwin Compile w/ Shapefile Support

Hi,

I've been playing around with Xastir and Cygwin on Windows XP.  I was able
to compile Xastir with ImageMagick, libtiff, libgeotiff and libgeotiff
support without a problem.  When I try to compile shapelib support into
either Xastir 1.3.0 or the latest CVS I get a couple hundred errors such as
the ones found at the bottom of this message.

I tried upgrading Lesstif to the latest version, but that doesn't seem to
help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
