[Xastir] geoTIFF support

Matt,

	There are some dependencies between versions is libtiff and
libgeotiff.  What versions doyou have have installed?

	In general the pairing is....


tiff-v3.57/geotiff-v1.1.4

tiff-v3.6x/geotiff-v1.2.x
