[Xastir] geoTIFF support

He'll also have to go back and reconfigure/reinstall libgeotiff, as
it depends on libproj.  Make sure to remove your config.cache file
in the libgeotiff directory before re-running configure.

After those two libraries are installed in the correct order, then
go back and ./configure;make;make install xastir again.
