We do.  Problem is:  We started this project on Frank's hard drive.
It was then moved to a CVS server in Virginia, then to SourceForge.
We don't have any copies of the earlier CVS archive that we can get
to online (as far as I know), and I don't know what Frank has still.

If we had it all in one CVS archive, then yes, we could tag it and
have some fun with it.
