[Xastir] Setup.

Erik,

	When you say "server address" I'm guessing you mean an address of a
server for the APRS-IS (TCP/IP stream on the Internet).  You do this
from the Interfaces menu item.  You will need to add an "Internet
Server" interface.  When you do that you can fill in the server name
there.
