README.MAPS has pointers to various maps.  There are WinAPRS maps of
the entire world, and a Shapefile map of the world.  If you have
Shapelib compiled in, you can use the Shapefile version.  If not,
look for a PocketAPRS or a WinAPRS version.

Are there any UI-View maps of the entire world?  You could use those
as well.
