[Xastir] Missing XKeysymDB

It's always something...

I updated to the latest Cygwin package for XFree86.  Now my xterm
windows have switched to white text on black from black text on
white.  There's a ".inputrc" file that wasn't there before.  These
are cosmetic changes.  The problem is now that when Xastir starts
up it gives me a vast list of errors because it can't find the
XKeysymDB file in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11.  There's probably some little
package I'm missing on the install.  Any suggestions?  I couldn't
find which package had XKeysymDB.
