[Xastir] SUSE 9.1 Motif problem

I know someone who had a similar problem, and I don't think he got
it solved yet.  There appear to be some problems with the SuSE 9.1
and perhaps the 9.0 Motif RPM's.  Since I did an upgrade from an
earlier version I guess I didn't run into it on the 9.0 system.
