I'm seeing two lines per packet.  That's where at least one problem
lies.  I also see that " <UI>:" portion.  I'm not sure yet whether
that will cause us problems in the decoding.

This is the sort of input Xastir expects:

WE7U>APFH2O,TCPIP*:;07022000 *021116z3713.00N/08927.83Ww32.75gh/475000cfs

Note that there is one ':' character separating the path portion
from the info portion, and it is all on one line.
